REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED
Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receiving your order and we will address it accordingly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, washed or altered in any way, with tags, and in its original packaging and resell-able condition. If the hair tags have been taken off we are unable to process your exchange and your order will be shipped back to you at your cost. Please always get in touch with us first before returning items back to us. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@PGCru.com. If your return is accepted, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature such as tracking number and proof of postage.Your parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. We are not responsible for lost items in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 48 hours to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items as well as gift cards cannot be returned and are excluded from our Refund & Returns policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
NOTE:Due to hygiene reasons eyelashes, wigs, lace systems, custom made units and clip ins cannot be returned and are excluded from the returns policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds.
